Chris and his team have done an amazing job with explaining what was going on with our water and what a difference, it has been. You can really tell a difference in the taste as well as when I take a shower. My wife and I are extremely happy with the whole process. We checked and compared with 3 other companies before deciding on Soft Water Specialist. Chris was the only one concerned about our need and not what he was trying to sell us.
