Q:Has there been a recall on the rubber hood latch on 2011 Jeep Wrangler? I met an 18 wheeler on the road this afternoon. The suction almost took off my hood. The latch on driver's side broke and went flying. Scared me and wife. Not happy.

As of the moment there has not been a national recall on that good latch. However, if it has caused a safety issue then you should take it in to your Jeep dealer national safety recalls come from problems involving safe operation being reported.

Q:My question is why don't Allen Samuels have a corporate office??? And why won't they fix selling me a truck that won't even pull one of itself? I bought one and come to find out it will only pull 4500 lbs. That's not a truck right ?

I don't know that much about rearends in trucks I told them what I needed a they said this will do the job. I got a 1500 v6 and we went looking at travel trailer and it won't pull but 4500. And most trailer weight a little more

We had an electrical issue with our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our Service Techs, Samantha and Holly, were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and attentive throughout our visit. To date we have not had any issues with the vehicle.
