Questions and Answers

Q: Why should I get my roof tile sealed?

A:

Cement roof tiles are porous and get dirty over time. You can clean the roof every 3-5 years but you don't want to use chlorine that frequently on your roof. It's not good for the metal or underlayment under the tiles. It is much better to clean and seal the tile so they don't get dirty. Then every 5-6 you can have us come out and reapply the sealant.

Q: How often do I need to get my cement tile roof cleaned?

A:

It kind of depends on the age and color of the roof. New roof tiles come from the manufacturer with a light sealant on them. So they normally take 5 years or longer before they need to be cleaned. But once the sealant burns off under the sun, most roof get dirty in about 3 to 4 years. If you have a white roof then you many have to clean the roof every two years.

Kevin Jullarine inspected our roof thoroughly and explained the whole process. He listened and addressed our questions and concerns. He promptly returned phone calls/text messages. The two young men (Huncho and Matt 3) that worked on our home were professional, friendly, detail oriented and explained everything they did. They took care not to damage our plants and shrubs during the process. We are very happy with the service we have received and HIGHLY recommend them!
